I have lived in Ascot for 41 years and retired in November 2009 to start The Ascot Cake Kitchen. I produce Wedding, Celebration & Novelty cakes for a multitude of occasions. My premises have been converted to Building Regulations and Environmental Health Standards (see documents on my website). Please ring for a quote.
I have many Vegan and Vegetarian friends, also family and friends who suffer from nut or gluten allergies and I am producing Fruit cakes and Chocolate cakes for all these minority groups as well as egg-free and dairy-free products. I ceased supplying cakes to Budgens of Ascot in December 2011 to concentrate on teaching Sugarcraft techniques as well as designing, baking and decorating cakes to order.
Fruit cakes are made using good quality brandy and good quality products. All decorations are hand made and prices will reflect the intricacy and complexity of any decorations.
I also supply individual cup cakes as well as giant cup cakes to order.
